BuyMyHouse.com.au is an enquiry and introduction service for homeowners considering a sale. It does not itself purchase properties, give a formal property valuation or guarantee an introduction, offer, sale price or timeframe.

Your choice

An enquiry is free and creates no obligation to sell, accept an offer or appoint an agent. You are responsible for deciding whether an introduction, proposal or service suits your circumstances. Agency agreements and any professional or selling fees are agreed separately with the relevant provider.

Introductions and availability

Potential introductions depend on the property, location, homeowner preferences and available commercial partners. Contact details will only be shared for an introduction after it is discussed with you and you agree.

Before launch

The final terms will describe the operator, any fees or commercial benefits it receives from introductions, the contact and complaints process, and the actual service offered in each operating market.
