Information in an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your property address, property type, bedrooms, selling preferences, name, email and phone number. Any additional notes are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your notes.

How the enquiry is used

Your details are used to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss your selling preferences and consider a suitable introduction. Submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Contact details will only be shared with an agent or buyer after the proposed introduction is discussed with you and you agree.

Storage and security

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When enabled, enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated submissions. This website does not store your enquiry in your browser after submission.

Before launch

The published policy will identify the business responsible for your information, its privacy contact, applicable retention and deletion practices, relevant service providers and any overseas handling, and how to request access or correction or raise a privacy concern.
